The field for my 100H race has eight entrants, so there is apparently no need for a preliminary round. Will the final race be held at the time set for the final, or at the time set for the prelim?
The rule is that the time of the FINAls is the race time when the prelims are rolled over. When entries closed the meet organizers should have realized only 8 competitors in it and not listed a semi finals time.
